Back in January, middleweight contender Chris Eubank Jr. shared a long video on social media, revealing that his house had been burglarized and numerous items had been stolen and thrown around.
According to The Argus, 27-year-old Kerol Farquharson was arrested in Nothumbria on April 6, following enquiries by Sussex Police officers working with colleagues from the Metropolitan Police and Northumbria Police.
He appeared in South Tyneside Magistrates Court and was charged with burglary. He was remanded in custody to appear at Newcastle Crown Court on May 5. The majority of Eubank's property was recovered when Metropolitan Police officers searched a North London address on January 31.
Farquharson was allegedly one of two robbers who entered the home. Police have not revealed if the second burglar was apprehended.
Eubank Jr. was obviously upset over the burglary and openly took shots the individuals who entered his home.
"Of all the things you could have taken in this room, you decided to take a jacket off this rail and throw it on to the floor. I have no idea why, but it's on the floor," Eubank said.
"If you had been good at your job and actually taken the time to inspect this garment you have so rudely thrown on the floor, you would have found this... [watch]. And this is worth about 100 times everything you took in this house."
