The reason he doesn’t have a board licence is simply so he doesn’t have to give the board any money out of his purses for doing nothing once you get into mega purses why give money away to the board in tax
Yeah right, it costs less than a grand a year including Medicals etc. - probably less than he would spend on a night out

If he doesn’t have a BBBofC licence, does that mean he is no longer subject to UKAD testing? (Not that they are worth a wank anyway - but potentially saves him legal costs further down the line)

They always used to say they didn't have a contract and that everything was based on a handshake and trust.

Just sounds a bit shaky that one if true.

Just speculation though. That's what most of the posts are around this sort of thing aren't they? What, you only expect people with special insider knowledge to post?
I just find the concept of someone guessing the outcome of a legal case without any knowledge of the details of the case to be a bizarre thing to do. I don’t expect only those with special insider knowledge to post about the subject but blindly guessing about the outcome whilst uninformed is a little odd imo. Nothing personal to you and not trying to be a dick. These contract matters are often very complex affairs.

A verbal contract is entirely legal and binding if it includes the necessary elements, namely; offer, acceptance and consideration.

Do we even know that there wasn’t a written contract in place though?

Glad Mick got something out the whole debacle. However, as many have said in earlier posts, Hennesey just doesnt have the platform to deliver as opposed to the likes of FW EH and BA.

When you get big purses the board take a percentage of the purses if you hold a board licence

Disgraceful of Mick to pilfer than money out of the hands of the homeless. That money was just resting in Tyson's account before he was going to withdraw it and buy all the Big Issues.
