I don't understand it either. Froch is HATED by many british hardcore boxing fans and I don't get it.

He was a great fighter, warrior who fought the best back to back and beat almost all of them. Future hall of famer
Who was always in exciting fights. How can you not respect him.

And I've always found him funny with that witty dry sense of humour. He's seems a nice bloke. He just gives his back to people who say things about him, and gives his honest straight opinion on boxers.

His haters always talk about the '80,000 at Wembley'' comment. Well Froch was the first British guy to ever do that, no one had come close to fighting in front of that many people. He made history. He finished his career with a highlight reel KO of his bitter arch rival in front of a massive ground. Of course he should boast about that!

The haters always bring up his loss to Ward. They really are searching for straws. Because losing to the P4P number 1 is hardly anything to be ashamed about! Ward was an elite great fighter.

Frochs resume is excellent, some career he had. I don't get why haters are always trying to minimize his ability/achievements, and why thet can't stand his personality.

Yeah. When they discuss Hatton it's "there no shame in losing to them..." With Carl it's somehow deemed an embarrassment

I don't hate Froch at all, he's always given value for money and taken on the best his division had to offer. Nobody can deny his bitterness whenever Calzaghe or Ward are brought up though.
