Just saw this rebroadcast in great quality. This fight is worthy of its classic status. I felt Buchanan pulled it out in the last 3 of this bitterly contested and razor thin fight. Watt did some very good work. A fight that in hindsight sealed Buchanan’s legend and prepared Watt for his run as world champion.
