Traynor (16-3, 7 KOs), from Aberdeen, Scotland, is a nine-year pro and former two-weight Scottish champion who once challenged for the British super featherweight title.

He's actually a three weight Scottish champion - feather, light, super-light

There’s been a refreshing lack of Conlan vs Frampton talk.

Navarette and Stevenson are very very hard fights. Angelo Leo, who I’ve admittedly seen quite little of, is a good style match up for Mick. Anyone with a lack of power just gets shitted on but you can definitely win a few world titles without it.
Aye we always get sucked in by someone who can bang and can be guilty of under-rating those who don’t have knockout power.

Obviously it’s good for a boxer to have that power but it’s less important than it’s made out to be. So long as a fighter has enough of a dig to make the other guy think a bit, or change what they are doing that’s enough to operate at the very top level - so long as you have other skills to compliment it

Pretty much that yeah. Every time Paulie gets mentioned someone has a go about his power and never mentions anything else
