Thought that perhaps we were graced by the presance of Martin Antonio Coggi himself https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/320254 .

But since we are on the subject Coggi vs Ngnganu.... I'd pick Coggi.
Coggi jr and sr are both friendly good fellows by the way, ive had the honor of shaking their hands. The faint with a straight left hand move and then throwing the right hook to the body that jr does is quite a nice move, dont understand why he didnt get further in the sport.AntonioMartin wrote: ↑12 Aug 2020, 12:57H8Usernames wrote: ↑12 Aug 2020, 11:08Thought that perhaps we were graced by the presance of Martin Antonio Coggi himself https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/320254 .

I once, many moons ago, wrote an article begging Martin Antonio and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. for a fight, back when they were prospects and in the same category. I wrote it in English mind you since I worked on a website based in Australia..I don't think they understood even if they read it..lol..though with Google translate you never know.
I thought since their fathers let us down back in the 80s and 90s, I wanted to see the sons go at it! Plus I wanted to see their fathers arguing at the press conferences, lol!So I tried to stir something...let down once, let down twice, I guess..lol
And Id pick Coggi over Ngnganu as well!
Please tell me you got their autograph!!H8Usernames wrote: ↑12 Aug 2020, 17:50Coggi jr and sr are both friendly good fellows by the way, ive had the honor of shaking their hands. Im not much into autographs. Did some padwork with Coggi sr at the Martinetti gym, my uppercut at that time was flawed, sr set it straight.AntonioMartin wrote: ↑12 Aug 2020, 22:44Please tell me you got their autograph!!H8Usernames wrote: ↑12 Aug 2020, 17:50Coggi jr and sr are both friendly good fellows by the way, ive had the honor of shaking their hands. Coggi sr. should be in the IBHOF. Not being a superstar, boxing wise, in the US hurts his chances but the HOF should be able to overlook that and see his record instead.
And I agree with you about Coggi Jr., he was good! I still turn on TyC Sport from time to time (when covid wasnt upon us at least) hoping to catch him fighting!
I am! Ive met thousands of celebrities to ask for autographs, been at it since 1994. i actually asked Luisana Lopilato and Benja Rojas for their autograph on their myspace accounts Both-or the person pretending to be them- told me the same: they could send me a photo of their autograph ONLINE only so i figured something fishy was up, perhaps it was not them I was talking to at all...my motto is, as long as you're not a famous criminal, if you are famous i am asking for your autograph! Lol..its a family thing too, my dad, my brother and my sister we all do it.H8Usernames wrote: ↑13 Aug 2020, 08:34Im not much into autographs.
