Fury
Pulev
Rivas
Ajagba
Agit (he was announced as signing and is on their website, but not much seems to have happened with that)
Yoka
Takam
Jah Anderson
Guido
Sonny
The knock on Anderson gaining 40 pounds is still as funny as the first time he posted that.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑07 Aug 2020, 11:20 I think you're a bit too positive about all those guys mate![]()
He seems to have bad defense, but Ajagba love to exchange and take shot,Enlightened-One wrote: ↑19 Aug 2020, 11:20 I don't understand the reason why Ajagba jumped ship, unless he was somehow unhappy with his handlers and wanted a completely fresh start (i.e. new trainer, new manager, new promoter, new network etc.):
• Ronnie Shields -> Kay Koroma
• Shelly Finkel -> James Prince
• Showtime/Fox (PBC) -> ESPN
• Richard Schaefer -> Bob Arum
• Ringstar Sports -> Top Rank
I wish him the best of luck, but I have a feeling he'll be rushed, exposed and cease to be relevant within the next 18 months.
Even if Ajagba somehow manages to keep his unbeaten record intact in the short to medium term, which I feel is a big ask, he’ll be reliant on Top Rank working with rival promoters/networks in order to advance his career (i.e. PBC/Fox/Showtime or Matchroom/DAZN/Sky).
And as we’ve already seen with Terence Crawford, this is a tough political hurdle to overcome.

i think he has bad balance but a solid chin. He is much better than most
people gives him credit (UK fans).
Ajagba fights @ Youtube are reaching close to 1 Million views ...his fights can sell
and he needs to be rushed, and bob arum know it better than anyone here.
Doesn't matter what you or few members in this forum say. Apart all above fighters you mentioned, just hardly 3 or 4 of them are know to public and rest nobody knows them.Enlightened-One wrote: ↑20 Aug 2020, 02:02Which of these fellow heavyweight prospects (listed in no particular order) do you believe Efe Ajagba could defeat or looks to have a better future than?Boxtune wrote: ↑19 Aug 2020, 13:24He seems to have bad defense, but Ajagba love to exchange and take shot,Enlightened-One wrote: ↑19 Aug 2020, 11:20 I don't understand the reason why Ajagba jumped ship, unless he was somehow unhappy with his handlers and wanted a completely fresh start (i.e. new trainer, new manager, new promoter, new network etc.):

I'd say most of these guys I listed (perhaps not all) look more impressive than Ajagba currently does.
In my mind, Ajagba hasn’t done anything to earn the ludicrous amount of hype and praise that has been prematurely bestowed upon him.
In terms of undeserved media coverage and notoriety amongst fight fans, despite his apparent lack of in-ring credentials, he’s somehow managed to become the second coming of Luis “King Kong” Ortiz.
Yep, I agree.
I'm not sure about the Ivan Drago comparison, but I get what you're saying and as I stated earlier, he is a bizarrely popular fighter.
He's certainly not a major draw yet... well not compared to the likes of Joshua, Fury, Wilder and Whyte, but he is the most popular prospect competing today.
I don't feel there's any evidence to substantiate your claims.
I don't agree, but hopefully, I'll be proven wrong (for Efe's sake).

He had already established himself as a major drawer in heavyweights division. Previous team had been milking Ajagba. AJagba did a great great move.
That's crap talk .. Ronnie making himself look silly only .Enlightened-One wrote: ↑21 Aug 2020, 11:03 RONNIE SHIELDS TELLS ALL ON EFE AJAGBA SPLIT; REVEALS LOYALTY MADE HIM "QUIT HIM" & "WALK AWAY"
Ronnie Shields claims his decision to leave Ajagba three weeks ago had nothing to do with Efe’s changes to his team (i.e. new manager, new promoter, new network etc.). In fact, he wasn't even aware of most of those changes before he decided to stop working with the Nigerian.
In what way? Ajagba has clearly angered him.Boxtune wrote: ↑21 Aug 2020, 12:16That's crap talk .. Ronnie making himself look silly only .Enlightened-One wrote: ↑21 Aug 2020, 11:03 RONNIE SHIELDS TELLS ALL ON EFE AJAGBA SPLIT; REVEALS LOYALTY MADE HIM "QUIT HIM" & "WALK AWAY"
