TRAINER EGO?

Wow ,, This is a real touchy one with a million variables ,, Does a trainer make a boxer or does the boxer make the trainer ,, good arguments for both sides , , bit like teaching to punch hard ,, you get a powder puff puncher come in the gym , spend years teaching and practicing punch technique , , then one day a kid walks in and with very little coaching hits harder naturaly , Should a trainer be renbursed , course he should , but facts are its a love job , theres a few who get well paid and deserve it , but theres a few who don't deserve it , they just happen to be good talkers and know the right people , .
