I think so. He seemed ready for a jump after smashing mansour then tread water for 2 years. His bad habits havent been improved on and seem to be getting worse

July 2019. Regardless, he’s still a prospect. I think I read he had promotional issues.
For me, inactivity is a problem more associated with HWs than most other divisions, which is weird.

Yeah he's inactive and badly needs a better promoter/manager. But the talent is certainly there.

It was there. We have no idea where he's at now. Also not his first long layoff. He's done.
