Marciano - Walcott
I don't consider it a one punch KO, because Marciano threw a one-two, where the jab was more of a feint, but still it paved the way for the right hand. Furthermore, Marciano added left hook, after iced Walcott leaned on the ropes.
I consider it a 1 punch KO.
Me too

the "left hook" just after the Suzy-Q" that Marciano landed flush on Walcott in the 13th round
,it wasn't a punch it was just a 'cuff" a mild almost friendly tap.
Marciano knew the Suzy-Q had already seperated Walcott from his senses.

Right. The equivalent of shooting somebody that was already dead. Walcott was already out cold from the right hand.

Anyway neither Walcotts knees or gloves had touched the canvas when Marciano flicked his left hook out.
( he even looks away to someone in the corner before he does it)

Yeah it was a real slow motion fall to the canvas. Walcott's arm is draped over one of the ropes, but he's obviously out cold. Just slumping down to the mat.

Walcott slowly fell like "Flour Down a Chute" wrote one boxing writer (I think it was A.J Liebing)
BTW Notice that Walcott had landed a jarring right hook that knocked Marciano's head back as
Marciano was simutaneouly landing the Suzy-Q.

This is about a single punch from out of "Nowhere ?
usually when the fighter delivering it is far behind on points and bleeding from a cut
to the point where it look like the ref may stop it seconds before.
you can't really count Patterson vrs Johannson II,
because Patterson had already floored Johansson seconds before
with a leaping left hook before he delivered the second leaping left hook.

You could go on and on and on with a thread like this.
Martinez vs Paul Williams (Rematch)
Arturo Gatti vs Gabe Ruelas
Martinez vs Williams II still gives me chills.

Grove over Fenech, a monster right hand, straight as an arrow dropped Fenech like he had been shot, the fight is on YouTube and happens at a crap angle for the camera but a Slo mo replay from a different angle gives a better view, you can also tell the fights not from this era from the Aussie commentary, at one point they refer to Grove as looking like a piece of liquorice wearing boxing gloves!
