What about Real Deal headbutts? Did you see Rakman head like giant balloon?
Tyson top 5 most say?
What about Holyfield's headbutts? He got away with 'em didn't he? That's a skill.
Tyson was the 3rd best fighter of his own era.
I don't think he's Top 10 of all time, but you could make a case for Top 15.
I'd say, Tyson was in two eras. The late 80s and the 90s - early 2000s had different pictures. In the first era Tyson was #1, in the second one he was #4 for me.
If you count just the late 80's then yeah he's #1. If you count the entire 1980's, then he's #2 behind Holmes.

90's he's definitely behind Lewis and Holyfield.
I separate the 80s in two eras. The Holmes era and the Tyson era logically (the Holmes era even started in late 70s). Yeah, Holmes was more impressive in his era, the win over Norton brings him the edge. But if to look only on the 80s achievements, Tyson edges, I'd say.
In the 90s I rate Lewis, Holyfield and Bowe over Tyson.

I can see the case for Bowe with the 2 wins over Holyfield outta 3 fights, but he didn't have much career longevity.
He did one up Tyson in a few other ways too. He knocked out Jesse Ferguson quicker. I think he beat Bruce Seldon equally as quick, and more legitimately. Of course Seldon taking a dive against Tyson wasn't Tyson's fault, but Bowe legit knocked Seldon out.
I think Seldon was just scared to death of Tyson. The only guy I've ever seen get knocked out by the force of the air.

Yes, Bowe's career wasn't long, but winning Holyfield twice, once in prime, once by KO - it's just a helluva achievement.
And Seldon possibly took a dive against Bowe as well. He didn't have much guts for sure.

I disagee guys......... check this out, my last thing on subject..... think what you want.....
Tyson was the best. Punched like TANK ABBOTT. Had iron chin.
He beat everybody. Didn't train for Douglas but still knock him out 8th.
Then Evander duck him many years. Evander luft weights and do steroids. Evander big like Ray Lewis with heh heh murderous intents.
Evander RealDeal head butts Iron Mike and wins. Bullsit win!
Evander Holyfield is a greater fighter than Mike Tyson in pound per pound and heavyweight rankings sense.
Both are in the top 100 greatest fighters pound per pound ever. The Real Deal is way ahead of him in that sense because he beat Iron Mike twice and also he beat better boxers than Iron Mike.
Iron Mike is more historical in terms of historical impact. He was the youngest champion ever at heavyweight at age of 20.

So? Lots of boxers have had hard lives and haven’t mentally fallen apart, he was mentally weak and that was a big chink in his armour.

Iron Mike is weak. Heh heh. Say it to his face, guy.
No doubt evander had no problems using his cranium. Fact is, the most vicious headbutt was initiated by Tyson, he just got the worst of it because evander was tougher than him in every way.
