^^^I don't think the fight matched up to the hype. Far from it actually. A dull encounter.

I'd agree it didn't quite live up to my expectations, but they were very high.
Other than that, couldn't disagree more with your comments.

I might just be losing my interest in the sport but it did seem a dull affair to me. Joyce, who I predicted would win in round 10, boxed well but barely threw a power shot. They didn't really engage. Like I say, maybe I'm jaded.

I think it was a tense and absorbing watch live, but otherwise will never be replayed in my house.
I predicted Joyce to survive the early attacks, wear him down and stop him, but my frustration towards the end was that he didn't up the tempo, start to introducr power punches. At 35 with no time for slip ups I wanted to see some passion or devil but no, he just plodded on throwing the jab, which did ultimately work out but he was gambling with the score cards.

Same thought he would have upped the tempo like he usually does. A large volume of slow, thudding combos.

Yep, good one Counter-puncher
I thought Joyce timed things almost to perfection, even without the eye damage.
Joe was cruising past Dubois for the win either on points or stoppage IMO.
That's not to say it wasn't a close run thing, I had Dubois ahead, but that just made the fight more exciting for me. Watching a boxer claw the fight back his way can be gripping stuff
