If Luke Campbell can drop you, Gervonta can.
Garcia has looked a bit raw and earlier on I’ve actually been surprised by some of his mistakes. But the Reynosos are seriously improving him.
I think Haney will have a good fight and peoples opinion will swing back. He’s a very, very good boxer
Haney is a con. He's really not that good at all. Certainly not good enough to be mentioned in the same sentence as the other three.

Apart from getting caught in the second round, what has Garcia done wrong? Factor in he will very likely have all the judges on his side and he’s a hard man to beat.
he's already had 2-3 fights where he's struggled more than the others have, he's got some big strengths but also more noticable weaknesses. sloppy and stiff legs, upright and with his chin in the air--being easier to hit than the others. also doesnt use his height so being 5'10 is misleading
defo not as good right now as tank or teo, closer to haney's level but could be worse than him too. still very handy though, all these guys are

Good point, the other night I was amazed when I saw he was 5’10 I’d never have guessed from footage

But it wasnt as if the one punch that dropped him was the only punch to knock his head back; the fast whipping punches of Lopez or Davis would ensure Garcia wouldnt get up .. id be surprised if he even heard himself get counted out.
I have not seen enough of Haney, so will have to watch a couple more fights of his.

he looks the exact same height as campbell so might actually be 5'9 to nit pick, and funny enough looking at the pics he's got a big ass forehead (that he often does a comb over on) and actually had a lower eye level than luke
but what is height if you don't use it ? he leads with power shots (he's mainly a hooker) and doesnt fight outside much

granted, looking at the pics, he looks very big for 135. someone said earlier that he wasnt bigger than camp, but i defo disagree
kid is very built and has huge arms/shoulders (not breadth) for the weight, esp considering he's a tall lw, thick legs too
i bet you he ends up at 154 at least

No love here for Haney whatsoever.
WBC have ordered Haney fights Garcia next, when that fight doesnt happen i can guarantee its not because of Haney.
His style isnt as fan friendly as the others, but i think he's got a few gears we haven't seen yet and he's a tough night for anyone.

haney wouldnt have the trouble with luke as garcia did
haney and garcia actually fought 6 times as amateurs i heard, garcia won first 3 then haney the last 3
though look at that one judge scoring the kd round only 10-9 for luke.....garcia got some of dat kind judging?

Have to choose Lopez becuase of the Loma win but I think tank is pretty special too.

Agreed; I think Lopez looks the pic of the bunch based on the Loma win, but more I watch Tank the more I feel he hasn`t shown all he has ... he increasingly strikes me as one of those special fighters who always seems to have something special when needed.
Lots of old clips of these kids sparring - interesting to see Roland Romero is a much better gym fighter than competition fighter.

I chose Tank because I think Teo - good as he obviously is - is a little overrated by the Loma win.
I got the feeling Loma lost it rather than Teo won it, also Loma was a weight division (or two) past his peak.
They're all great tho' - even boring old Haney - can't wait to see how it pans out.

We should all be thankful this division, and throw a few others from the divisions above and below and it's loaded with talent and potential great match ups!!
I'd say Lopez's win puts him top of the pack, but that answers only who, currently has the best resume. Who's the actual best comes down to personal opinion until they all start facing off.
Think Davis seems to have that natural ability of an all round great fighter. He does everything good, but we haven't seen his chin tested. But then his defence is excellent that might never come into play.
It's definitely going to be compelling viewing the next few years how this division shapes up.

I agree, exciting times for the lightweights. Can see Garcia, Lopez and Haney going well higher in weight after that.
Willing to bet lots of money Davis has a freakishly strong jaw. Don’t really have proof, I just know
Haney being underrated. He can really box and might be naturally the biggest, even if he’s not the tallest.

He got a bit of notice early on for posting loads of sparring vids on YouTube. That’s when I started watching. He’s blown away some easy early fights but really looked well schooled doing it.

garcia's showing vs campbell wasnt really one that had me thinking, ah, okay, he's clearly much better than haney
haney would beat campbell clearly too, without getting dropped hard on his ass. haney can be boring but he's effective. garcias had tougher times with the likes of carlos morales than haney's ever had. haney won thier last 3 head to heads in the ams too fwiw so gotta have some confidence vs garcia too

He’s been very softly matched so far and hasn’t shown much of any instinct to know when to step it up.
Clearly talented but the other three all have wins that far surpass any of Haney’s in ring achievements to date.

Teofimo Lopez, on this day looks the best , he showed great maturity in loma fight. also he could out box the best boxer in the division but also has ko power he ticks a lot of boxes, davies also showed a lot off heart in the leo fight were i thought he could of been losing then what a knock out, haney problay the best all round boxer of the lot ,ryan mix of all is to young still as in he can improve his foot work, defence an experience give it 2 years before mixing it with the above but i think will beat all of them in 3 years
