Decent undercard.
But this Lara dude wasn’t even in the top 15 of IBF.
He some how ended up in the rankings a day before they announced this bout... Doesn't look dodgy or anything... Nothing to see here folks, not like the IBF would mess up rankings based on their history or anything...

A "Warrior" will go to great lengths to avoid his mandatory.

Yh. The list I posted above was December ranking. As Jan wasn’t out. So he probably made the Jan rankings.

They were giving tickets away for the Takoucht fight. Nobody's heard of Lara.
How many tune-ups does he need to get his confidence back?

On the whole nobody is keen to see the rematch. It will likely be another dull fight that will cost a fortune to put on given what they both received in their first fight.
Kid looked good in his last fight - surprised that he wasn’t included in the 5 announced shows on Sky. Given the amount of time he’s spent out of the ring over the years I would have thought he’d have wanted to be kept active.

Where did he lose his confidence. Your going on like he took a pasting from kid. Yes it was close but come on have a day off. Why isn't is harassing hearn for the rematch. His put a couple tweets out digging josh fair play. No mention of hearn at all get me this fight.

He's mandatory. Do you think that the IBF will amend their rules to allow Warrington to keep hand-picking soft touches?

Beat him 3 times. Hardly struggling with confidence. Why won't u answer the question about kid chasing hearn for the rematch. Its his promoter. As for the ibf they will do what suits them like any of the other gov bodies. If u want to look at soft touches check out kids record compared to joshs. Not even close in comparison.

Mate, I’ve been to Sheffield when Brook tickets were literally given away.....
You really can’t be saying Josh doesn’t sell. He maybe hasn’t sold out every time but he’s come close. And did a football stadium. Kid wouldn’t even be recognised in a football stadium!

more popular
bigger paydays
beat him all 3 times they fought
better wins
world champ (unification coming with boxrec top 5 soon hell ya!) rather than just an unsuccessful title challenger (fair play to anyone who makes it far enough to challenge for a world title though)
no wonder these ingle dudes are jealously obsessed with josh

Your argument was that the fans, promoters and TV companies didn't want the Galahad fight. Galahad drew far more than Takoucht. If you think that Takoucht and Lara are bigger fights you're deluded.

Maybe it's possible that he can speak to Hearn via some other form of communication.

no one wants to see galahad again after he stunk the place out. josh is a HUGE ticket seller, to deny this is just ridiculous.

Warrington v Takoucht had parts of the arena sectioned off unsold and tickets were given away.
Warrington v Galahad drew a bigger crowd, much more publicity and TV exposure.

It’s a bigger fight in the U.K. than the two you mention but that still doesn’t mean it’s a big fight. The first fight was poor and there isn’t much demand for a rematch apart from Team Galahad.
Kid performed great in his last fight but has lost any momentum he had from that fight through inactivity now. I know we’ve had Covid but rather than just focusing on Warrington he needs to make sure he doesn’t just sit out his peak years. 2 fights in 2 years with nothing lined up isn’t enough.

Everyone needs to be realistic here. Warrington has got used to big pay days from selling out venues. That isn't going to happen with Covid on the loose. He's not a ppv fighter, so he needs someone who will fight him for pennies I.e. Lara. Galahad surely doesn't want the fight until there is a big pay day with it?

Warrington-Galahad is just not TV friendly. Unless we know for sure it’ll be a better fight than the first, but Galahad, has he got another style?
