Fighters should not get obsessed with the zero and that should be hammered into them from the first day in the gym. Always do your best, never give up, and whether you win or lose doesn't matter.

He definitely ran hot and cold after that, but he still went on to have some of his finest performances even well after that. So I wouldn't say it ruined him, but he never got back to the heights he was at before that fight.

I'm thinking Victor Oganov(sp), was like 20-0 with 20ko's and touted as an unstoppable machine.

However his loss prob demonstrated his true level rather than ruining him.
