Not seeing it yet.
Don’t doubt the mickster. He’s educated in the sport,
I don't doubt him !
Not that Price is bad or anything - just expecting an "I was there at the start moment".
Hopey's unreal, but Nelson is still a Pratt, can't bare listening to him.

Good decision from Jon Pegg there. No point sending Ellis out to get a pasting. Live to fight another day.

I'm impressed. Nice jab, good accuracy, and some ring IQ.
Definitely on my watchlist..

They won't let Harlem Eubank anywhere near him, that's for sure.

He had a 16-1 opponent lined up for this although he pulled out at the start of the week so I think they just wanted to keep Hopey active.

It’s a bit like the Dalton Smith fight - he was meant to be fighting Lee Appleyard which would have been a good one until Appleyard got Covid.
Assuming it’s not a Chris Lovejoy 16-1 record I don’t think Price would have had an easy night there.
He was about Area level I think. Zahid Hussain. I think Hopey would have had an easy time strangely as he may have been more open.

He would. They’re both from Leeds and know each other. The kid tonight was a stylistic nightmare to be fair. And, as I told Pug earlier, Smith is easily the best prospect in Sheffield. Wonder if he’ll support him as he’s from a different gym.

Dalton Smith looking class again, natural strength and power, patient, good delivery and shot selection, cuts the ring off textbook as well, he's def looks like he's got something about him

Hopey Price skilled but lacks power, still to develop his man strength

Smith gave me a "I was there at the start moment"

I'd be surprised if he doesn't at least challenge for a WT. :box:

Style wise Smith reminds me a little of Miguel Cotto. Will be in some really good fights and hope he goes far.

Whoah there Skankie :stop:
The UK has such depth it is a hard road. I'm sure Lee Appleyard is having second thoughts though.
I believe Ritson would be a good test, maybe a few fights down the track.
Definitely impressed :salut:

Price is only 20 and comes from an amateur club well known for a purist style. He’ll adapt.
I’d put Smith in with Ritson now. Those WSB fights are worth about 5 standard journeymen wins each.

Yeah, I'd like to see that. I'd also like to see Smith with H Eubank, just to see if Harlem inherited the family chin

Good fight this so far. I had Wood winning the first 2 but Mould was landing some big shots in the 3rd and looked to have hurt Wood a couple of times.

Wood Mould 38 - 37. Leigh's better precision and Davison's guide are paying off against the more aggressive Reece.

Mould stuns and nearly has Wood going at the end of the 3rd. Then duly gets knocked down and takes a bit of a hiding in the 4th.

Agree with that Mickey. Those Thursday night WSB seasons in allegedly were absolutely brilliant. Such quality of fights.
