Is Ajagba any good? At world level?

Never say never but the signs are not encouraging. He is unbeaten but on the evidence presented thus far he would appear to be not too far away from his ceiling. I hope he makes me eat my words.

I've been looking everywhere for this video but no luck in finding it so far.

Nope.

weve had guys like dom breazeale in the top 10, he's defo capable of that, but he'll need to improve to beat many people who are around world level themselves

Efe not at Dom's peak level. Not close enough. He's plateaued (sp?)over his last several fights. He has to get better.

i don't see why he isnt. what did dom do that's so far above efe? he certainly wasnt faster or harder to hit!

i'd take efe to beat everyone who dom did

He was a better boxer. Better fighter. He was just better skilled. Doesn't say much but that's the fact jack.

better skilled? at what? i dont see that at all, he'd basically just plod forward eating shots and impose himself when the other guy gassed from hitting him so much. he was sloppy as hell too.

he was literally down 44-50 x3 to mansour when he stopped him, he was losing to that nigeria-polish guy too.

Doms a tough man. He is not good. efe is better than him at speed, cutting the ring off and punch selection

I disagree, but not vehimentally. Efe shows flashes of being being better or potential for being better. Let's see when Efe steps up if he's actually getting any better.

dom is a big huge strong guy with a lot of heart and some power. but his skills and defense are next to nothing, and he is very very slow.

i think efe for sure can be a lower top 10 contender type like dom has been, but --as was the case with db-- struggle to beat anyone who is better than that

i mean, that would be a totally respectable position within the division, but he is defo coming nowhere near the type of elite king status our boi 'tune thinks he is

True that Slim, you can't say never in the HW division. There is a possibility he could develop with age and experience, I just get the feeling he will slide into a contender position, get his clock cleaned, and slip away to obscurity. The never say never for heavyweights is called the Buster clause

multiple time unsuccessful title challenger is where i think he'll end up, again, just like a breazeale

always depends on the belt situation though. if aj and fury fight then a sh!tload of belts will likely become vacant after, which could lead to some pretty low standard title fights like martin-glazkov was

Even if he doesn't win a belt, he looks so good on paper, a few more wins and then a big payday.

Guessing that refers to a certain Mr Douglas, mind you Smokin' Joe only got to go the olympics because the trial winner was unable to. The man who might otherwise have won heavyweight gold for the US was Buster Mathis. So Joe was an early beneficiary of your "Buster clause". Never say never
