I think some fighters have underated speed as they might not be flashy. Bhop is someone I think has fast hands, even if not as fast as his flashier rivals RJJ and DLH - but he out speeded Pavlik and Tarver.

Another fighter who might not look flashy quick but I always thought had quick hands was Steve Robinson.

if you watch the Glen Johnson fight, for example, Hopkins's hands look plenty quick
