Senior had decent power. He seemed to hold back after the second Watson fight.
Junior has decent speed, lacks technique.

Gary was quick but a horrible tendency to cut cost him his career, which is a shame because he deserved a shot at the British bantamweight title. Gary worked for
Boxing News for a while and was mine host at the famous Thomas a Becket pub on the Old Kent Road in the 1980s. He used to chin the troublemakers with a left hook.

Bhop.
I think one reason he was able to continue to be successful at such a high level so late on in his career is that he didn't rely on speed or power but his ring generalship and boxing IQ. That as well as being a consummate professional very mentally strong.

I think some fighters have underated speed as they might not be flashy. Bhop is someone I think has fast hands, even if not as fast as his flashier rivals RJJ and DLH - but he out speeded Pavlik and Tarver.
Another fighter who might not look flashy quick but I always thought had quick hands was Steve Robinson.

id agree with panther if we're talking late career bhop. he'd slowed a lot by then , even though he had decent speed earlier in his career.
his fight vs pascal is a good example of him beating someone both faster handed and harder punching than himself

if you watch the Glen Johnson fight, for example, Hopkins's hands look
plenty quick
