Kilbane is out drinking, has challenged no one, and no one has challenged him. AS president of the IBO you can intervene and draft an opponent for Kilbane at your leisure.

We prefer to leave the managerial decisions up to the managers. If he doesn't name an opponent it will be considered the same as if he chose a fighter ranked below the Rankings Threshold, and he'll have to be punished in Week 13. Hopefully it doesn't come to that. We'd hate to have a punish a guy just for not paying attention, but being a Champion carries responsibilities after all.
