I don’t think either can generate enough power to hurt the other and it looks like they can’t actually reach to land a head shot or a rib/internal organ.

Believe it or not but the guy in the red shorts actually was nearly 600lb at one point in his life, then had gastric surgery and managed to get down to around 360.

That was a few years ago.

I do agree there is more of a possibility. Dada 5000 had a heart attack, his heart stopped multiple times and had severe kidney failure after fighting 11 minutes against Kimbo as an out for shape 265+ pounder. They barely threw any punches.

I assume that’s true, but again not really because of the fight or taking punches, more likely heart attack or similar?
