My brother Sebastian Eubank was a special man… a righteous man… who always put others before himself. A man of many talents, boxing, MMA, poetry, music, coaching, cooking the list goes on but the most important thing to him was helping others less fortunate than himself & that’s what I admired most about him. I haven’t cried since I was 12 years old… yesterday I cried the whole day. I’m sorry I wasn’t there to watch your back like a big brother’s supposed to. Can’t believe you’re really gone man but you’ll always be in my heart, mind & spirit & now your legacy will live on through your beautiful new born son & I will treat him like my own. Watch over us until we meet again young lion.

And to everyone out there reading this right now DON’T take ANY of your loved ones for granted. See them, speak to them, check up on them as much as you possibly can because you just never know if that one time will be the last time. Love you bro 🕊🕊

Always a tad scary when healthy living athletes drop dead from heart issues. Makes me question my own heart even though I feel fine.

At first when I heard he’d drowned I guessed maybe a rip tide may have been the issue but a heart attack at 30, jeeeeeez

Terrifying to think you can have an undiagnosed heart condition and go like that at any time, i know its a cliche but lifes too short for fannying about with bad people and doing sh1t you dont want to, enjoy your family, be happy and laugh as much as you can

And at least every 5 years or so , splash out the money and get a medical ,,, I had a heart attack , went to docs , ecg . straight to the hospital , he said ,, they done there tests , said your not going home and gave me a triple by pass 2-3 days later ,,,, Thing is though , they also found another totally unrelated problem with the heart , one which they said if not spotted would probably of killed me another time , and it was unrelated to the blockages , this one apparantly was hereditary ,

Go get checked out folks , its worth the money

What do they check and what does it cost?

Not really sure what they check or cost, i had full check when they done my bypasses 3 of them then last year , my doc listened to the heart gave me a ecg
and ordered a stress test on tread mill , then x rays in some tube cant remember what they call that, mri i think its called lucky all good ,, only cost was the doctors normal fee 40 dollars the rest bulk billed to the govt, but suppose it depends where you live on cost
