If we were bundling countries like the UK, then Latin America (Mexico down) comes above, so do Soviet Block, and Asia.

I’m sure if you looked at the number of Japanese world champions recently you might consider them above U.K. / England. Maybe USA, Mexico, Cuba, Japan, England

Asia Pacifica is the Islands (except the Yank and dirty French ones) Oz and NZ.
