Just saw a short video of the final moments of her previous kayo loss in May. She was apparently hospitalized after that one as well...

She should have never ever allowed to take another fight. Ill-trained, woefully limited in skill and an obvious health hazard given the scenes of that previous fight. "Rotten to the core" was well-put here. Someone pulled a dirty one - with a tragic ending.

This is going to happen again with all these celebrity ' boxing matches' taking place now,RIP.

After having deliberately murdered a Mexican teenager, Houle will fight a girl who lost 5 of her last 6 fights, and her only win is against an insignificant opponent. Why doesn't she challenge Jessica McGaskill or Cecilia Braekhus? Is she too coward?

You can point your finger at GYM promotions for the opponents they find for their up and comers and the minimal background checks they do on them. Houle has 5 pro fights, will always live with the burden of having killed someone with her own hands. You went for shock value in your post, but the part in bold is just plain stupid.

The more I read about this situation the more it makes my blood boil.

Agreed, disgusting accusation that should be taken down.

Alot of people are at fault here, bit little blame can be put a Houle's feet.

Her next opponent is a step up anyway, gone the distance with Serrano, Faris, Dicaire and a few others.
If GYM had any faith in her though, that is the kind of fighter she should have fought last time out. Rather than the poor Mexican kid.

gym is pathetic , the mexican teenager had already been hospitalized after a ko loss too. i know houle just isnt very good, but stooping that low?

Did you see Houle unleashed, laughing and dancing arms up all around her opponent lying on the ground shaken by convulsions? It was very nasty.

Rubbish, i have a recording of this fight, Marie celebrated the win to start with, then like everyone else became very concerned. Poor matchmaking but not Mary's fault at all. RIP Jeanette

GYM still desperately search the weakest possible female opponent to fight Houle the 6 October.
