It’s a weird one as to why Eddie’s so keen to put the rematch on. I know it’s probably what Del wants but I genuinely don’t think many people are too bothered by it.

Yes, the rematch sucks. The first one wasn't that good and Parker won clearly for me.

Eddie's HW matchmaking conveyor belt is so painfully predictable and uninspiring. He'll be gutted that Lucas Browne is no longer a viable option.

Hasn't he only used Browne twice?

Three times. He ruined Richard Towers back in the day.

He talks about him endlessly though "I like the Lucas Browne fight...."

Isn't Browne meant to be fighting Babic on the October 30th London card?

Chisora has showed in his last 3 big fights hes not a 12 round fighter anymore. He lost the fight down the stretch vs Whyte, Usyk and Parker

Harsh assessment.

Chis vs whyte: Chis was very compeditive with whyte right up untill he got absolutly chinned. but that shot would of done him if it landed in a 4 rounder...

Chis vs Usyk: Chis did better late than most vs Usyk. Usyk learns you and then is good enough to make you look stupid weather your tired or not. beridas is the only person thats been remotly compeditive late and still didnt win any of the last 3 rounds, everyone else got battered in the last 3 rounds and hardly landed a glove on usyk.

Chis vs parker: Parker is just better than chis i think. Chis went hard early and built a lead, but parker got in a back in it a bit and got the fight back to a very close win. The last round nearly was dead even in my eyes, i think most people gave it to chisora. compare that to whytes last round vs parker and see who should be schedualed for 12...

He lost late rounds competitively to 3 guys in the 3-7 range.... wouldent right him off yet. (edit:hard to say his late runds were compeditive vs whyte when he was snoring...)

Might be harsh but if you look at the round by rounds on here.

Whyte 2 - He had a pretty handy lead going into the mid rounds but Whyte won the last 2 rounds on most cards BEFORE the stoppage. It was getting to the point even by round 9 that Whyte needed all rounds or a stoppage to win, but even without the stoppage Whyte was heading for the "getting all the rounds" route. Unlike fight 1 when Chis looked the fitter throughout

Vs Usyk....similar....he looked really good for 2 rounds....then for me it was usyk and he was knackered at the end....usyk pulled away down the stretch.

Parker more think he lost than won.....cards after 5 had Chis well on top.

It's not a dastrict slow down but enough at this level

What that shows is chisora has a deadly start and a decent end. the reality is chisoras skillset isnt as good as usyk or parker, he wins some early vs usyk because usyk is learning, some early vs parker because chis went super hard early...

losing the last quater of a fight vs the very top guys dosent mean your done.... There are tons and tons of 12 round fighters that chisora would batter.

Yes chis would probably love an 8 round tear up, but the reality is he just needs the right 12 round opponent. Chisora should fight ortiz and pulev II. both would be fun, and i think he could retire the pair of them.

I certainly agree re Usyk, Usyk often see what a fighter has. I thought he looked in control from the first second of round 1 vs Bellew.

Yes I didnt mean for it to sound like a swipe at Chisora, but he needs to pace himself better....when he steps up he doesnt have KO power, but nearly KO power (yes I know Takam) ....I think though most fighters will now think if they can weather the storm they will get opportunities later. Not saying he glasses like David Price did vs Thompson but he doesnt sustain his early pace and pacing himself is an issue....he nearly always goes off too hard.

No shame in that, Matt Macklin was another who would slow down at the end of fights and even an all time great, DLH would go to hard and fade a tad down the stretch.

Taylor is unreal, will absolutely steam through catteral, hardly gonna be a pick em fight, both of these are underwhelming, does anyone really want parker-chisora2? And taylor is winning all day long, so that competitive edge is gone
