We’ve had two white refs, we need another black ref for the 4th. I’m happy if we get a trans ref for the 5th. That should definitively determine who the better boxer is.

As for #4 I don't want to see it but wilder will say that Fury got away with holding behind the head and throwing the upper cut, rabbit punches (Fury made a statement at the end saying he kept as clean as possible, but didn't deny it) and also the long count in the second fury knockdown - all of which are fair arguments.
With Usyk v Joshua likely to happen again I am not sure what is there for these guys other than to cash in on a 4th fight, or retire. Ideally we get Usyk v Fury and Wilder v Joshua next.

That’s actually a good point.

Fury could be so soul crushingly de-motivated by knowing he is stuck in an endless rematch loop which will only end when the real Deontay shows up and knocks him out that he loses sight of it all and actually does lose.

I’d say that’s another 4-5 rematches away though. Things are looking up for Wilder in Fury/Wilder 8 though!

Wilder had a long time for recovery after the 1 KD. Also, his 2nd KD of Fury was somewhere near behind the head area.
