Fan scoring seems to sugest that 9-1 was well possible. 8-2 quite likely. The 10-0 seems hard to excuse.

Just cause something is a close war dosent mean its close on the cards. If you edge every round you edge every round.

The Hatton score was just as bad, if not worse.

The awful quality of boxing scoring is a global issue. We used to think it was bad just in Germany/Italy but it’s bad worldwide now it seems.

I agree with what you’re saying but I didn’t think it applied to this one. I had Hamadouche winning 4 of the first 5 rounds.

Hearn had Hama winning 96-94.

Boxing Scene had it same score but for Mayer.

to be clear i havent seen it. but yea of the 5 people that have scored it on boxrec, only the 1st round everyone agrees maye lost. and only the first 2 most think she lost.

Not that i put much faith in boxrec scoring, but i dont put much faith in my scoring either.

Cracking fight in all fairness, the worst round had more action than the whole of Signani/Diaz, thought the scores were a bit wide but never scored it

Eddie has a point about wide score cards but didn't he think courtenay won against Mitchell.

I'm convinced certain judges show bias even when a lot of promoters would rather they wouldn't, what promoter wants the flak that comes their way when their fighter gets a gift?, UK officials are the worst though
