He's just reaffirming his desire to make the fight. It's not a formal signed request to the IBF although he should make one, hell you could write it up for him.
From an IBF standpoint this would make sense. Their champion is not the real champion but a fraud and an embarrassment so they can force their champion to fight the real champion thereby with the real champion defeating their champ the real champ also becomes their champ instead of the shameful ducking pretender that they have now.

Spence is a fraud and an embarrassment? Wtf? The two not fighting is on both guys. Spence had a bad car wreck, now eye surgery. He fought D Garcia after the wreck, and Crawford chose Amir Con over Garcia...offered $1-2 million more. Courage? His re-signing with Arum was a problem too, and he knew it.
I like both guys. Slightly favor Bud if they do fight. In the meantime, Bud should fight Ennis, or is he "afraid"?

The walkout after that fight has nothing to do with it, and you know it. Who was embarrassed by it? Was he supposed to stay? Please. He knows it isn't his next fight. Spence was getting over eye surgery, and obviously needs a tune up before Crawford, if he takes it. It was Crawford that refused anything less than a 50-50 fight, or it would have happened by now. He had Arum in his corner - the same guy that prevented Pac/May for 5 years. Spence said if he doesn't get the Crawford fight after the Pacuiao fight he was moving up. Who knows what happens now.

A quick question… and I’m not going to argue about your opinion, because you’re entitled to it, but why do you hate Errol Spence Jr?
Of course, we are all biased to a certain degree, but what specifically compels you to dislike Spence Jr. so much?

Neither Bud or Earl are afraid of each other. Bud didn't want to fight Spence after his car accident, because he wanted him at his best. Now, after a torn retina, do you think he wants him next without a tune-up? The fight would have already happened if Bud/Arum accepted a 60/40 or 70/30 ppv split. Totally fair based on their PPV draws. Crawford would'nt even come to the table with that option, so at least part of it is on "HER".

Talking about boxing can be so frustrating and boring. I admire Chisora and always root for him. Why? Cause he has heart. He fights the best and gives it his all, I became a fan when I saw him perform against Vitaly.
I don't hate Errol, he is just some poor fellow trying to live his life. I do however hate boxingfans and promoters etc that reward behaviour like his. Tens of millions of dollars and not even a single good fight? Refuses to fight the best in his division.
Crawford posted something trying to hype this fight to attempt to make it happen, not the princess so Craw is trying to make this one happen which is what a good prizefighter is supposed to do and here you come attacking him for it instead of the princess that doesn't want to fight.
So the real question here is why on earth do you hate Terrence Crawford so much?
