I doubt he has made any money at all. They have to pay the 0-31 guys, his coach and team, gym fees, management etc. I think it has probably cost someone money so far, and no sign of return

It's amazing that Nigel tried to deny everything.

One look at Harley and there is no mistaking the fact that he's Nigel's son; he's the spitting image of Nigel.

Had a look at his insta. A lot of these young lads are delusional with their motivational quotes and hired cars.

Yep - Instagram made lots of them feel they were minor celebrities .. Tik Tok has taken a lot of them to a even more delusional place.

I previously worked in a CMHT. The amount of younger people with MH problems stemming from Facebook & Instagram was shocking. Tik Tok seems even worse for the vulnerable types.

Tik Tok is the worst. The algorithm messes them up in the head. Causes eating disorders, actively encourages them. Blows my mind how this is a thing.

TikTok has a very good algorithm for targeting videos that the user searches for, so youngsters looking up models, fitness stuff, fashion, music etc will be sent mainly those videos. So those looking up fashion are likely to be seeing 'models' with millions of followers, looking flawless, popular, with what appears to be the 'perfect life'.

Good indepth documentary :

Facebook and Insta seemed the focus of a lot of people who came in for assessment. Unless you actually discussed the persons relationship with FaceBook and Insta it would be difficult to put it into context. They seemed obsessed with it in lots of different ways .. from gaining views/likes/positive comments to what they put on there - to obsessing what others posted and feedback they received.

My opinion is that youngsters are allowed and encouraged to see themselves as some celebrity; giving some deep meaningful or motivational quote, or a snap shot of their perceived perfect life. Which typically unravels into ridicule or the realisation that what they got is sh1t compared to someone else selling a fantasy.

The Walter Mitty who had their wings clipped quite quickly in real life is now allowed to get seriously carried away, until the time they get brought down with a bigger bump.

This Harley Benn appears to be portraying himself as a superstar boxer. When reality is he is very likely destined to work in an Amazon warehouse very soon .. and holding out for inheritance from his father like his other 6 half siblings.

I doubt he's in the will.

Is he? He looks like a thin Harvey Price

I saw a few of his fights (on MTK shows I think) and while he isn't particularly talented he must have something to get those wins even if most opponents had losing records.

I don't do any social media so can't comment on how he is portraying himself, but I think a fair assessment is he's probably a reasonable 4x3's boxer, but would need careful matchmaking at 6x3's and especially 8x3's.

A southern Area title is probably out of reach, unless he makes big improvements.
