Martz folded under the first bit of pressure which isn’t really unexpected. Fabio needs to be switched on from the get go.

Wardley is a lovely languid, natural talent. KO2 as soon as he tried after doing nothing in the 1st.
Got gears, but needs to work on his intensity and workrate.

His English sounded fine when he recorded his diss rap song..

Nope. He must have just memorised his rap.

It’s a good fight so far. Fowler’s head movement is lacking and he’s not moving much either.

Fowler now looking in more control. Still taking a few too many shots but Maciec seems to be tiring.

This started at 6am so I'm catching up.
Hatton has improved.
Fowler in a fight.
Better undercard than Taylor Catterall (just)
Carry on. :D

Fowler showing decent fitness here, he’s turning the screw but Maciec is tough.

I can't see Fowler doing much at MW if this it it :maybe:

There are probably plenty of good fights for him in the UK, but outside of that, I just don't think he has the power he needs at the weight to deter the top guys.
Skillful guy, but the top MW's are monsters.

Nice to see a decent undercard scrap for a change.
Fowler in control but a heavier puncher would have caused him all sorts of problems.

Fowler wins 99-93, 99-92, 99-91.
Ian John Lewis had it 100-90 to Maciec.

Just?! I thought the Fowler fight was more competitive than anything I saw on the Taylor undercard bar the the womens fight.

Yeah, it woulda been good if he was good - talked a good game, played the heel etc.
But he's a decent domestic MW and nothing more.

He’s not. He’s around British level. Nothing wrong with that and plenty of good fights out there for him.

Him and Cash would be a cracker.
