I can see you're resistant to his Teachings then, there are always those with closed minds
my guess is it's insecurity and jealousy- Angel gets a lot of that, you know. Other trainers can't stand having him around the gym. Makes them look bad. Pad technique has to be seen to be believed. they ban him from the gym.

It's a big "if" dependant on Uysk not making the rematch.
Joyce AJ is a very entertaining fight though - one I would put near the top of my HW dream matchups.

I like this fight, I’d make Joshua a marginal favourite but there seem to be two obvious outcomes to this one. Joshua either lands plenty early doors and Joyce can’t take the punishment or he survives the early rounds and walks Joshua down. I don’t think Joshua likes being in there with a guy like Joyce much after 5 or 6 rounds but it could easily be done by then.
I like this better than the Usyk rematch. Usyk wins that handily for me

Joe is either usyks easiest or hardest fight in the division... I just can't figure out what.
That's an exaggeration kinda but over 12 pro rounds its an interesting one. Back usyk to outclass him. but you never know that slow Joe grind is horrible. Joyce would have to embrace the clinch, he never does but I think hanging 270 lb on usys neck a couple times a round, combined with never taking a backwards step is Joyce's chance. Try to just survive untill the last 3 rounds and hope usyks legs are jelly by then.

Joshua is still a formidable fighter and a top class puncher. I really want to see him in with Wilder.
AJ versus JJ is a classic match up. Cat v dog. AJ in the first 6 or Joe in the final 6.
I've met Joe a couple of times. Really nice bloke. I also think AJ (who I'm a big fan of too) got lucky in the Olympics with the decision against the Cuban. Joe was unlucky, should have won gold.

I’ll always want to see AJ-Wilder also. Don’t care if they don’t have belts. It’s still a ‘who wins?’ For me. Wilders not getting any younger. Hopefully he’s out soon.
Hearn said AJ’s choice for the interim bout is Wilder.
Don’t know if they’re just saying that.

I'd be backing Wilder early if this ever happens. AJ doesn't like it when he's not dictating the pace. Wilder would come out swinging and I don't think AJ is good enough to avoid it all. I don't think his chin is good enough, either.

AJ lost a lot of confidence in the Ruiz fight. I don't think he'll ever get over it.
I think that was a big thing in the Usyk fight. AJ knew he was losing, but he wasn't getting dropped. He was beaten to the punch, but not (until the final 30 seconds) getting dropped or stopped. When someone has lost confidence, in that moment, losing better than your previous loss is almost like winning.

I don't think Wilder wins a shoot out. AJ puts them together so much better. Wilder wins when he lulls the other guys into a false sense of security. Then it's over. Just my thoughts...

wilder doesn't come out swinging. the kos have people thinking he's an agressive fighter, but he's actually very stand offish and will often spend round after round just pawing. when he hurts someone he goes wild, but until then he's not agressive at all
plus what about wilder's own confidence? the guy says he's not sure he ever wants to box again (whereas aj clearly wants to keep boxing), he's been ko'd twice in a row, and hasnt won since 2019. he's usually loud and boisterous, but has gone almost totally quiet since getting splatted by fury. doesnt really seem like a guy burning with confidence or desire at this point
