rocha with a big assault in the 9th and ref stops it

nice steady performance from rocha.........cobbs is game but just too sloppy and erratic

Impressive finishing from Rocha, it was a close fight for first 4 rounds but when Rocha hurt Cobbs in the 5th with a series of lefts it changed the pattern of the fight, Cobbs was too negative and Rocha stayed patient and took him apart, dropped him with a heavy right hook come uppercut in the 8th and nearly got Cobbs out of there, then he did get the finish in the 9th, again it was a few clubbing lefts before a big right hook wobbled Cobbs and Rocha waded right in and forced the ref to stop it, good showing from Rocha

im not sure about that, i dont think ppl were ever sold on him being all that good or that he was sold as such. he was more a guy getting attention for having a fun style and some personality. he was initially brought in on a golden boy card to lose to ferdinand keroban, but ended up whooping his ass, and kept winning from there. so he fought his way up and wasnt one of these dudes pampered from the go
