Cocaine is only banned during competition to protect the health of athletes, because it's bloody dangerous.

But it is not banned out-of-competition though.

The use of drugs in sports is unethical and dangerous.

Jarrell Miller tested positive for steroids on multiple occasions, which are illegal in the US (if consumed without a prescription).

And whilst it’s entirely feasible for many fighters to be have used PED’s at some point during their careers, we have to presume they’re innocent until proven guilty.

Jarrell Miller's reputation is currently in tatters due to his multiple failed tests. For me personally, it's less about him testing positive for PED's, but more about his hypocrisy, constant lies and hyperbole.
