I think its a sensible match for both parties. The performance of Danny Williams vs Klitchsko leaves him almost in a similar situation as before the Tyson fight. No one (stateside) will want to see him in another world title fight and Don King will not want to use him (incase he does better vs his champions as he did vs Klitchsko). Remember, he is trying to sell Ruiz, Byrd, Brewester as Klitchsko's equal.

If Tyson dispenses of Williams within no time (something he IS still capable of doing) then more people will believe the knee story and will clammer for a big pay match with Klitchsko or another champion.

If Williams beats Tyson, then he can say it was an "off night" vs Klitchsko and he will have two wins over Tyson (hopefully with no injury claims this time). I think there will be renewed calls for Williams vs a King champion.

Plus the fact it might well have been the best heavyweight fight since Holyfield vs Tyson 1, its got to happen again for that reason.

You do have to say that Tyson wasn't punching as hard after the knee injury which happend in the first round - there are what ifs in the first bouts - they need to be dispelled and I think its the best option for Williams.

I congratulate him for calling out him.

Why did Tyson only have a rematch with Holy though? No rematches ever with Buster Douglas either.

Well Douglas was never in a fit state for a rematch was he? After beating Tyson he didnt train and Holyfield beat him. Then he was like 30 stone or something wasnt he?

Yes, Douglas went downhill really quick after his defeat to the hands of Evander Holyfield.

Douglas balooned to over 300 lbs and became diabetic as a result. He was going to make a comeback not that long ago, but nothing came of it as I recall.

He did come back didnt he? Savarese sparked him in a round. And he got a debatable DQ over Louis Monaco when he was knocked out 'after' the bell at the end of the first round.
