All the time. There was a cracker between two inexperienced lads just on Sunday at Sheffield. A draw was welcome. Both lads gave everything for 6x2. Great scrap.

Chado's man, Ali Nuumbembe, features on March 4th in a potentially great scrap against unbeaten welterweight Francis Jones.

It's terrible that the bill - headed by Michael Hunter - won't be televised. If you haven't seen Hunter you are missing a treat.

The dvd only lasts a few minutes James, pop it on its quite interseting.

Ali's mate Frankie Freddericks is on it, who is now on the Olympic Games Voting Commitee, I think they are still in London checking out the set up. He really enjoyed it when he came to the UK to watch Ali box, lets hope he gives his vote for the UK in 2012.

Oh yeah, in answer to the question, Simon Sherrington and Leroy Williamson put on a high paced entertaining 6x2s on Pat Cowdell's last show. Small hall boxing make for fantastic value for money shows.

My mate Gary Coombes, is one such small hall warrior - he is never in a bad fight.

I know someone here who is going to the hunter fight rather than the Clinton Woods bout. I think I've seen hunter once, cannot remember where though.

I think Hunter is a great little fighter he was shown on Tv a while back when Burke challenged Zoff for the European Title,

Should be a good card on the 4th at Hartlepool, which again brings us back to the meaning of this thread which is giving credit to the untelevised small hall shows.

I was lucky enough to watch a video of the Chas Symonds v Brett James fight that was a cracker and as mentioned above Leeroy Williamson, I know he is a Nobby Nobbs lad but I have seen him in a few good bouts, the best I've seen him in was against Mark Paxford at Oldham.

Most importantly the boxers must take credit for being prepared to put on a great fight, but I have to mention that not only does Chris Sanigar deliver quality shows, he seems to care about his punters.

During a contest he had to get from one side of the ring to another. Not only did he crouch down to avoid spoiling the view from everyone he actually verbally apologised too.

I wonder how many other promotors treat their customers with the same respect?

yip ill go along with that, spoke to Chris on the fone once for the BBN about Scott Dann(can someone give him some tv coverage though) and Chris he was a perfect Gent.
Scott seemed a nice chap too.
