60/40 in Fury's favor.
Why? Even if Joshua regains the titles, there is no doubt that a fight with Fury is less meaningful than what it was when both men were undefeated. Joshua's lost to Ruiz and Usyk. Fury's star power has only increased over time.
And before anybody complains the pay-per-view will probably be $100 so there is no reason at all to feel bad for Joshua getting 40% because he would still probably come out with the highest purse in his entire career.

Fury is little more than a despicable parasite.
A boxing virus waiting for the next opportunity to strike it lucky.
Obviously, Oleksandr Usyk is not in his sights.
He said he's retired and that should be honoured.
Therefore the WBC should be organising a fight for their vacated HW belt.
If Fury wants to return at some later point then that's up to him and his promoters.
Right now, he's irrelevant.
