Man that was savage! Expected it to go a bit longer. What a performance. Hard to watch at the end.

Thought Inoue would stop him early. Great perfomance and good stoppage. Thought Ref was going to stop it earlier in the round on the ropes glad it went on

Butler probably next after Butler gifted title win. Butler will lose in simular fashion but will get a decent pay day for being a belt holder
Inoue - Butler might be the biggest mismatch in undisputed boxing history.

Donaire is very tough. He absorbed so much punishment, but wasn't unconscious. Inoue is still a monster.

Genetics is a bitch. Like Zelfa Barrett having no power compared to his dad.
Was thinking this the other day..
2 KO wins..
Isn’t Pat his uncle not his dad ?

Inoue at his ruthless best, looked razor sharp from the off, jab was strong, Donaire looked bang up for it as well but when Inoue put him down with the right in the 1st it was effectively over, Inoue came out with bad intentions in the 2nd, took Donaire apart wobbled him with a left hook then followed up, big left hook for the KO, no need for a count

Ref is good. He was watching closely in that rd2..

Inoue's finishing ability is something else - so efficient with his shot selection and liked the way he mixed it up. Quiet crowd meant you could really hear how hard the little man hits... brutal stuff.

Inoue has that incredible mixture of speed and power but it's his ring mechanics that impress the most, his footwork when cutting off the ring is insane especially when he has a guy hurt, everything he throws is so compact and precise, one of the best left hooks to the body in the game and one of the best right hands up top, infact just about every punch a boxer can throw Inoue is up there with the elite, the short jab he hurt Donaire with just before the KO was savage, he might just be the best fighter in the world

Yep, he threw a crunching left hook to the body as he was mixing things up and you're so right about that jab as well. I'd still like to see him in with a slick, speedy boxer though before putting him at the top of the p4p lists. I could imagine a prime Rigo, for example, posing him a lot of problems.

inoue is right up there these days for most early finishes in world level fights
ko 1 payano and mcdonnell
ko 2 rodriguez and inoue and navarez
id say he must surely be in the top couple of punchers p4p. i think taguchi in his 4th fight is the only guy he hasnt dropped or stopped

Inoue looks and is exceptional.
There are few challenges in that guys way. Unless he wants to jump up in weight class at 29 to clean out higher divisions there is no way he will be considered in P4P lists even though he may deserve that status,

its a shame he couldnt be a bit smaller and fight roman, estrada, bam, etc
maybe he could consider that 1 arm option

Well a few years ago, Chocolatito got his props, a few publications ranked him #1.
