It depends on what you want to do, how you want to move... and now it is kind of late to book a place. I have returned there in the last 25 years as a tourist after moving abroad, and the population doubles in August alone.

I'll be in a hotel. In Tirana. And I wasn't planning anything special, if you can recommend a good restaurant I'd be satisfied. And of course if there's some sort of a sports museum I would happy to know about it.
