looking at the fella's accounts he's exactly the kind of desperate-enough chancer that certain types would take on for a job like this.
This is personal and it’s his wife so there won’t be any winding up of company needed this time to get his it of paying.handsofstone wrote: ↑15 Jul 2022, 09:03 Warren will be filing for bankruptcy no doubt, totally unrelated there's a new promotion in town called Warren Frank promotions, exciting
Do the builders have a contract? - if so, who is it with ? Will either be paid or she’ll have to claim bankruptcy which won’t happen.

Who owns the house? - eg. Frank, his Mrs, both of them, somebody else or a company?
Either way, the builders ain't getting paid.
You don't have to have a written contract to get paid for an invoice for a piece of work that has been completed in good faithbripez wrote: ↑15 Jul 2022, 12:15Do the builders have a contract? - if so, who is it with ? I’d imagine the builders would have a written or verbal deal with Susan Warren as that’s who the claim was against - the claim wasn’t against a company or Frank. I’d imagine the house is in his and his wife’s name.bripez wrote: ↑15 Jul 2022, 12:15Do the builders have a contract? - if so, who is it with ?
