What about when he said...

'A hundred fights, he should be in the Guiness book of records, nobody ever makes a 100 fights, Chavez got to 80 odd but a 100!'

Erm.....SRR, Duran, Chavez, Moore, Buckley.....

I forget the fight, but back in the mid 90s on a Sky broadcast they supposedly cut to a break and Barry went right into one f'ing and blinding like mad but the cameras were still rolling and it was all seen on TV.

Can anyone remember this and what fight it was?

Missed that, but who can forget when they had Chris Eubank in the studio - old Chris started going on about how Tyson had consenting "oral sex" with Desiree Washington that night - the camera immediately switched to a shell shocked looking Dempsey, staring at the camera like someone had just dropped a piranha down the front of his pants - hilarious.

Why do we never get that on CH4 100 'It shouldn't happen to a TV presenter'?

Yes, Dempsey was sharp there (A good presenter in my opinion). He was quick enough to say things like "Sky, this show and any of the other presenters would like to keep away from these comments, these are just Chris' personal view and not the views of the show or the other presenters".

I would have been going "Fuckin Hell Chris, you can't say that".

Although not boxing related but the biggest Dempsey ism is

"Bye for now", In the 10 years or so I have been watching him, he always ends like that. No complaints, just something I've notice.

Barry is my favourite, there are loads of Barry ism's. When he uses huge words to show he isn't punchy "Termerity" "His skills have Depreciated". Also, when he pisses himself at crap jokes and claps, I wouldn't change that for anything - keep it up Barry.

I'm not a fan of cliches along the lines of 'in the trenches' and the like.

I don't like war and boxing being compared. Boxers choose to get in the ring, loads of people fighting wars didn't/don't choose to be involved in war so I think it's a little tasteless.
