Been a long time since I thought about p4p rankings. Crawford and Spence Jr. Are oddities. Crawford's WW resume had been terrible, and what names he does have are past their sell-by date.
Still the same. I just can't find Teo convincing enough. Spence and Bud might carve their ways into the list later this summer but I'm still pretty sure the fight won't happen...
Still the same.

No matter what, I think Inoue stays p4p #1. Hard for me to tell who can surpass him. In the immediate, I only see Usyk doing that if he beats Fury, but even then it'd be close. Canelo defeating Bivol would be a leapfrog, though.
Amazing that we just saw 2 of the all time great performances within the same week. Inoue was incredible, so good I thought it was near impossible he be overtaken on the weekend. But then craw mad Spence look like a black Jeff horn and that can’t be ignored.

Agree with everything you wrote.

I don't know what to think anymore..
I didn't think Inoues performance could be topped, but Bud was unbelievable.
I'll be a p*ssy for this one and put Inoue and Bud at number one.
They both were similar incredible. Fulton isn't EJ, but it's Inoues forth (or even fivth) weight-class after all.
Anyway you slice it, we got Inoue, Bud and Usyk at the top and then everybody else.
The difference between those three and the rest is just too vast.

Speaking to spam, Mayweather gave his opinion on the recent two-man conversation for top spot before suggesting Inoue needs to come to America for more rigorous drug testing.
“I’m not gonna sit here and say that Inoue deserves to be over Terence Crawford. I’m not gonna say that. Absolutely not. I will always, always stand behind my people first.
You know what the boxing world gonna say? ‘Inoue did this! Inoue did that!’ Okay, that’s cool. What I need Inoue to do is do like we do over here in the US. I need him to come fight in the US, random blood and urine testing.”

inoue has fought in the usa 3 times and uk once. how many times have these american cats fought abroad?
they call on inoue to move from 122 to fight tank - how about tank fighting crawford then

Finally watched Crawford-Spence. Top 10 P4P, September 3, 2023:
One and two
Crawford and Canelo are proven over a long period of time.
Usyk may fall into the hot fighter of the moment category, even then he's still behind Benavidez and Beterbiev.
