Especially considering he was probably going to win both those fights anyway.
He was doing it every time he got buzzed. He was trying to throw low blows as he was being knocked down at one point. I think the narrative was that he came up hard on the streets in Poland. His natural instinct was to lose the plot in a crisis. I hope he's doing well in retirement.

Only seen stuff posted by Golata's son on Instagram, but Golata looks healthy, happy and doing well for himself

Also Ricky Hatton got away with so much wrestling, holding and hitting in his career that his fans thought the ref cheated him when he stopped him doing it

Come on Cortez jumped on Hattons back anytime he breathed on Floyd, he didn't need Cortez help beating Hatton but it gets more rediculous the more you look back at it, there was one point in round 2 where Floyd ducked low and tried to grab Hatton, Hatton wound up an uppercut and Cortez grabbed him in a bearhug from behind

Think there's also a bit if a false narrative regarding Hatton, he only really started the ugly mauling late in his career

Ward was a talent but so dirty. I sometimes wonder if the wbss was set up for an American to win. Constant home field advantage. Taylor and Dirrell not fighting him. Constant and flagrant fouls etc

I don't remember Hamsho being dirty, just tough as nails. I'll have to go watch him again.

Resto was a criminal

I remember Don LaLonde after his fight with Hamsho saying it was the only time he had been hit with combination fouls and that he was dirty fighter - can't say I was a massive student of Hamsho but remember that particular quote. :TU:

Agree with that. It was when Ricky started slowing down at the end of his career. A tactic to keep himself in fights. It didn't sit well with me, and sort of tainted my view of him and his career.

Kabary Salam, he's a naughty man. By all accounts he's been charged with murdering his daughter.

Anthony Fowler by far. Giving money out on Twitter so publicly is not a good thing. It’s strange.
Send via private messages!

Kevin Spacey’s real last name is Fowler but he’s a nonce, apparently. So he’s dislikable. But as far as I know has no links to boxing.

So Anthony is the worst.

Bernard Hopkins in the USA and Matthew Barney in the UK were legends of persistent holding....should have been disqualified countless times.

Fritzie Zivic usually wins this argument.

In recent years Ward and Hopkins were bad and allowed to get away with it as was Mayweather. Wlad was pretty bad too.
