Agreed. I liked watching him. Thought he was a bit too grateful to be there against Canelo, but who am I to criticise someone facing the second-best ginger entertainer in the world after Ed Sheeran. Hope he invests his money sensibly (restaurants already sound like a bad bet to me, post-Covid, but at least better than buying a pub).

I don't think any self-respecting boxing fan would consider Rocky a "world" champion, but I have ten times more respect for Fielding's effort against Canelo than Scull's contemptuous showing.

And also Canelo has been a pro for 20 years, started off as light welter, had 70 fights, been fighting at top level over a number of different weights for the last 15, he is probably on the slide, certainly not going to be getting better

Point taken about Hagler.

The problem with these slippery buggers like Scull is that if you over commit, miss and get countered....aggressors can soon find themselves trailing on points. Canelo tends not play that game.
