Just checked it for memory's sake and he was actually on his feet at 7, but then swerved a bit until 10. I think he'd have been able to walk away and back in a straight line at that point, but no idea if he could've survived the round.
It was a good stoppage by the standards of the era. I feel like today he'd have given another 10 seconds as home fighter or waved straight off as he hit the deck! Foster having a little pull or a push, depending.
