Dangerous looking uppercut from the Frenchman

I think Dan is a Marvin Hagler fan with those trunks

Azeez's lefthand guard was much better than his right in the opener. Boxer of two halves!

It’s not just the trunks mate it’s his style, I’ve said it before that he reminds me of Hagler. I really like Azeez

I'm really liking Azeez's left hand, but he's telegraphing his right and shipping the odd uppercut.

The Frenchman out of his depth - game enough, but little else.

30-27 Dan Azeez and I'll guess it'll be stopped/RTD within 5 or 6.... :box:

dan in control, french man has no strength or power, dan a steady ebu fighter but looks a bit basic for the next level, would like to see him vs the other top domestic guys

Not that it's a big deal, but Sky's new Round clock anyone ??

It's horrible to look at.
Really hurts the eyes. Used to be clear and in company colours, wtf have they changed it to that for ?

His right has looked very slow. Jab has looked good though.

Faure is a very good opponent for his level. Looks tough and hits back which is more than most do.

Did Faure just win a round ?

It looks like a 'last stand' from the game Frenchman - he doesn't look like he last much longer.

Azeez had the presence of mind to take a little step back and not smother his work in the corner. That impressed me.

McCallum was a master of that.

dan is almost too one paced, he lands the right hand each time when throws 1-2s, so why isnt he looking for that more? he's winning these rounds but im not sure if he's capable of upping his tempo , even though his opponent is obviously vulnerable

Yeah, he's landed that right loads but with so little on it.

It just feels like he's brought his sparring game to this, logging the shots he's landed without taking liberties. Except it's an actual fight! A bit more urgency and he'll be away.

Yeah, Faure has won some fans.
Could he maybe do something @ SMW ? He looks spindly AF.

You're not wrong about that clock!

Someone should ask Faure why he isn't fighting at 168. He's slimmer than Veit.

Azeez looks kind of one dimensional. He does the basics well but his pacing is the same throughout, his punch patterns seem repetitive, not seen any creativity to find openings.

Don't think he's gonna get any better.
He's good obviously, but he's kinda levelled out his career tonight.

I suppose most people are watching on massive tellies now, so that clock probably makes sense for them.
