This is the ONLY forum i go on , been known to occasionaly go have a look at Boxing news , but i'm not a member i don't post ,,, Not a member and don't even look at twitter or instagram , except when someone puts something on here from twitter , but its not a discusion is it , usually just smart arse coments ,

Facebook i'm on but just read don't never post ,, boxing stuff comes up but 9 out of 10 times i already know what comes on the feed , because its been on here , Facebook to me is just something to look at when i'm in a waiting room its all shite anyway .

Utube i was getting right into it and looking at a lot of the channells , but now i don't , too be honest half of them get on my nerves talking like experts when they would'nt know the difference between a left hook and a right cross ,, The other half are just fan boy arse lickers who ask soft questions so they get interviews , couple that with the fact most of them can't speak the queens english properly and mumble there way through the convo , while Frank brings out his emails to show the world he was correct , only when it suits though

Then you have ameteur interviewers on ameteur u tube chanels , interviwing useless so called journalists , Davies in paticular springs to mind stupid prick who now thinks HE'S A STAR .

Kugan who really started off well now thinking he's a star licking everyones arse , thinks he's a journalist but just the biggestt arse licker off them all , so very rarely watch any of them now , Hearn has got monotonous but used Utube to perfection , i just consider it all a joke and not even about boxers any more its about themselves , . each trying to get there own image , That porky fella went from rotton teeth to horsey teeth , and sucking on lollipops , yo the other one Tyrone slurping cheap wine , although i used to find him funny but just don't bother watching anymore .

Only time i would tune in is to watch Tyrone smack Kugan in the head that would be worth a watch other than that i find it all ameterish and boring , i'll stick with here and when this site fails , probably just stick to what i read in the papers , which is almost nothing

The biggest mystery in all boxing forums is why is there a 1250-page topic on Ben Doughty

I read through a lengthy Ben Doughty thread on another forum a few years ago, someone put the link up, can't get on the link you posted but I assume it's the same one, probably the single most funny thread I've ever read

Boomer used to post on here before he decided to step out of the limelight and wanted people to call him Anthony.

This forum could be busier and more engaging if hosted on a better platform. The current functionality, like a lot of the posters on here, are bland as fornicate.

I’m on a football forum and when I log on I can see notifications where people have ‘liked’ or ‘quoted’ my posts. You’re much likely to return to an environment where you think you’re being heard, or if the debate is lively.

I’m not sure whether this forum offers the same functionality? The only notification I get here is an email if someone sends me a private message - normally it’s KG calling me a c**t.

So while social media has stollen a march on breaking news and rumours, there’s no substitute for informed discussions with like minded others on here, as others have said.

But fornicate me the owners need to put some 50ps in the meter and liven this place up. The only time it picks up pace is when Spud defrosts himself for a brief period every few months.

There is a "notification" button at the top of the page. Whether it's on the mobile or web.

We don't have a 'like' option here though, but anyone that quotes you, it's listed as a notification.

Most ‘rucks’ tend to get deleted pretty quickly on here, so it’s not really worth getting into it.

I don't recommend it Spud. It always seemed to end with you in tears.

Remember Spud-U-Lick?
