Anderson appears to be the best of the active American heavyweights. Torrez isn't far behind.

Torrez is great fun, but I don’t knowing he will make it to the top. Kinda hope they treat him like a far more talented Allen babic… keep him active, let him rumble.

I would also like to see them put him in with some big stiff units. Washington, wach, Breazeal, helenious, Dempsey McKean. All of them.

Agree., but I feel Anderson may be able to achieve higher accolades.
I loved Torrez's Olympic run, made a fan out of me.
I worry he is a bit small for this generation of heavyweights, but then again, can the big guys deal with Torrez?

 Yes of course, but- proven only over three rounds. Those swinging from the rafters shots that Torrez was throwing didn't manage to catch Jalaov but who is to say that they wouldn't over 10 or 12?

jally rancher needs to get his arse committed fully to pro boxing. all that size and talent is going to waste as far as the pros go. fair play if dude just loves the ams, but it sucks as a fan

True, but Jalalov also has more rounds to get the KO he got in the 2019 AIBA

going under the rader is that torrez has an interesting opponent for his next fight. next week on the nava-berynchk card he fights brandon moore, a 6'6 former top national amateur in the us , who is now 14-0 and #64 on boxrec. moore himself has easily beat the usual suspect types torrez has fought, so this is a decent step up for ricky t
