He had a tough test.
He came up short.
That's fine, better to learn and come back better. All this protecting the unbeaten record only looks good on paper. Too many easy beats makes up and coming fighters too lax, and a lot fall apart when they get it put on them.
King now knows what is expected of him.
It's the measure of a good fighter to come back better. At least he wasn't knocked out.

King has some decent physical attributes, no reason he can’t learn to use them as he develops. He can probably become a solid domestic-level fighter given time and probably a couple more losses. As Kiwi said, who cares about the ‘0’ you always learn more from a defeat than a string of easy knock over wins…

Not sure I agree as I find 4 rounds far more high risk than 6 just my opinion from a matchmaking perspective as the board are getting stricter with opponent level at Heavyweight better the extra 2 rounds than risking the draw overall.

Also if a prospect is lined up for 6 he will be in shape where's the opponent is less likely to last the course as well

Yeah 4 rounders are easy to lose or draw

He’s back out again in Holland on 12/7 according to Curtis’s instagram
