If I was DDD I'd be more upset if FW hadn't chirped up.
It also took away all of the quit talk that would have been the focus without the controversy. A convenient smokescreen.
bellew got that covered on talksport this am !

Or is Dubois being lined up as Furys next opponent after Ngannou?
A couple of insta videos calling out `the midget` for losing against Dubois .. then an offer to fight Dubois.
If they can sell Ngannou they can sell Dubois

FW is doing his job, the result won't be changed but if enough fuss is made he might be able to keep his interm belt, high ranking etc
If he convinced enough gullible idiots that Dubois is the rightful champ or the result was unjust then it might sell a few more tickets when he crushes a can in his next fight. That's all Frank is looking at. No way he believes his own bollocks.
He might get billed as the lineal champ

How?
The reality is that there isn’t a lineal champion but it’s Fury that claims to be it.

Dubios level seems quite low. I honestly don’t know if the green Jorge Luis González, who Bowe schooled is actually a better fighter than him.

The whole heavyweight scene has a low level to be fair, for active fighters that is .
(I might be retried, I might not are not included).
Hopefully some new young blood will light up the scene .

When Hamza Sheeraz fouls Skeete three times while he is on the floor and doesn't get DQ'd, Fish Eyes said "It's the referees discretion!". Why is this not "the referees discretion" then? It's not even worth getting into because by this point nobody would believe a word out of his mouth. Same goes with Hearn after the Conor Benn situation. These guys are liars by trade.

There was a video showing Eddie Hearn raging about the Amir Khan Paul McCloskey cut controversy (I think the last time Hearn Sr was a regular after he and Haroon Khan nearly got into a brawl in the ring, such was the anger) while McCloskey was in Matchroom stable, and then a video of what he said about him a few years after
Wish they were both still up so I could timestamp and contrast him contradicting every single word he said, I know we can do that with other videos of every promoter and eddie, but this was probably his first true promotional two facedness that i remember
You can't keep excusing hypocrisy by saying, I'm a promoter it's my job, I'm a lawyer it's my job, I'm a politician it's my job

Dubois is less experienced than Gonzalez was and I think younger too?? Gonzalez didn't look 25 to me

Dubios is like one of those opponents you’d feed to a late stage Mike Tyson, that would last around 90 seconds.
