I think it's quite good, just less stoppages. Quite a competitive fight esp when Mayer is in a new weight class.

Apparently it's competitive (according to the pundits).

Peach of a finish by Cullen. Always liked him. Rarely in a bad fight.

Indeed. He was great tonight. Solid and likeable pro. Pleased for him. Clearly means the world.

Am I right in thinking that was an upset?

For betting odds at least?

Didn't see that coming,
Thought Heffron would be too strong for him and out man him .
He looked slow to the punch and very vulnerable.
Great win and well deserved Cullen .

Bit of an upset for me that but Cullen boxed really well used his range, Heffron was maybe coming into things slightly but Cullen still looked composed, Heffron caught exchanging hooks and got nailed, seen it a million times, happy for Cullen, British and Commonwealth champion,he's never had it easy and he's knocked out a solid domestic level fighter

So this fella they’ve got for the great Adam Azim is gonna be as hard as nails isn’t he..
Though carefully chosen as someone who’s got no knockout power at all, possibly the Azim weakness, we shall see.

If you go into boxing knowing (I say this with respect of course) you ain’t gonna win a World title then winning the British must be such a buzz. Being able to tell the kids you were British champ and show them a shot of you with that belt round your waist.

Me too I've always had a soft spot for Allen, not great, wasted opportunities but always took on the best, he's a good egg and he throws a great bodyshot for a Heavyweight

100% I hope he does his best regardless. He trains and manages a young pro I know and is one of the good guys, doesn't even take any money off him.
